The Journal of Faith in the Academic Profession is proud to announce the next session in the Author Talk Series! The Kingdom Professional model is a theoretical framework educators at Christian institutions of higher education can use to conceptualize student development. The authors of the model, DawnEllen Jacobs and Kristen White will share details about the development of the model and its purpose. Tracy Ward used the Kingdom Professional Model to reflect on a fieldwork experience with her students. Ward will join Jacobs and White to give her perspective on the utility of the model. Together they will provide a comprehensive view of the Kingdom Professional Model, its structure and uses, and next steps for further research. Attendees will benefit from reading both articles, which can be found in Volume 2, Issue 1 published in February 2023.
